TABITHA GLOBAL CARE UGANDA

Tabitha Global Care Uganda is a fully registered Non-profit, Non-partisan Christian organization operating in Uganda. The organization started in May 2015 with endeavors to compassionately alleviate human suffering and pain by addressing underlying causes of poverty, through the provision of humanitarian and developmental services to the entire society. The organization is a non-profit making organization with an elaborate development department that envisions effective community participation in coordinated and sustainable development activities. These have been evaluated and are evidently manifested in the good governance and improved livelihoods of targeted communities in education, health, skill.Relief agriculture, micro enterprise, water and sanitation, HIV/AIDS prevention and community empowerment. TGC is a registered member to different Networks which include Uganda National NGO forum, Uganda Water and Sanitation NGO Network (UWASNET). (MUNDIFO) Mukono district NGO forum, (KANGO) Kayunga NGO forum and Wakiso NGO forum. TGC is one organization that has combined financial and technical assistance for rural women with empowerment and transformation programs. As a model of operation, TGC has encouraged village women to organize themselves into groups in all areas of operation. This has created cohesiveness within members of the groups. Instead of struggling alone, now these women can work together to solve problems. TGC has focused on participatory, sustainable and empowerment projects.

TABITHA GLOBAL CARE UGANDA OBJECTIVES

a. To provide psychosocial support and health services to communities with special
emphasis on people affected by HIV & AIDS
b. To provide formal education, public sensitization and awareness to communities
through various channels

communities as defined by their needs
d. To engage in projects that enhance income generation, food security, climate
